After Care Follow-Up

Went to Dr. Simon for a Tummy Tuck, and my stomach pokes out more than before I had the surgery. When I had a consultation, 4 months later, Dr. Simon was arrogant and says, he is "pissed off". I went to Dr. Simon in good faith, inquiring about the surgery and was treated so badly. I asked for my operative notes, and I was told I could not get them now because they were electronic. I was told to fill out a written request for them. I waited 20 minutes just to get the request form, which I'm sure was created at that moment. I've had to do surgery twice on another procedure, and I trusted Dr. Simon not to put me thru the same situation, but I guess I was wrong.
