Ok my ok my swelling went down so far so good I do have a couple of issues like first when I eat my stomach bulge out in the middle like a big ball I talked to the doctor he says it could be a hernia or fat tissue far as the swelling in the back it still hurts just a little but not too much how to me my results are fine but I need a tummy tuck to tighten up the skin in the front on these pictures I'm a little bloated but before I used to be looking like I'm 3 months pregnant when its that time now its just stuck out a little. My doll sisters i need your help is there any one out there have any advise for me to tighten up or who is the best on tummy tucks. Did any one get a tummy tuck from Dr. O.

Ok the tummy board is very good it puts pressure to the stomach and help make it flatter. I wear it all day and I sleep with it.
