A Slimmer Nose Please! Miami, FL

I went to get my lab work done today. Selena called and told me they can take off 500 since I am getting e surgies with Fisher so I went ahead and paid 3500 and booked for 12/04/14 for rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty. Am I nervous hell yea this is my face we taking about. I am going to Fisher who is known for his BBLs but he is double board certified. I pray I am not making a mistake here. Imma try to stay positive if I don't feel right or my guilt tells me not to do it I promise I'll cancel right there even if I'm in front of Dr.Fisher. Sigh.....

Hello RS world, I am a mother of 3 kids 2 boys 6,4 and my finally my 9 month old baby girl. Now I am having a few things that I will have surgery all by the same Doctor which I choose Dr.Fisher, eyelid surgery on 12/04/14 than BBL which is scheduled for 02/04/15. I have been wanting a smaller or slimmer nose since I was a teen and I was just advised that Dr. Fisher can do both my eyelids and nose on the same day which again is 12/04/14. So I am thinking of doing it however only if they will give me a discount since I have paid all my surgeries in full so I think I should get some type of discount.
I only have told 3 of my closest friends on what I am doing they are supporting me even though they think my nose is fine. I will be waiting to til Monday 11/24/14. I am scared about these procedures but it is something I really wanted to do so I will get it done either now or later but it will it done. Please tell me know about your experience with having rhinoplasty done as I am still kinda clueless on it.
