No changes and I'm devastated!

I'm not at all happy! I had a mommy make over on May 21, 2015! The tummy tuck is the Crown Jewel of a mommy make over, every time I look at my stomach I could cry, I came out post op with a smaller version of the muffin top i went in with Pre op! I paid my deposit 02/15 my coordinator was Yadira, she was very nice, replied to my emails in a timely manor, mainly her job was to take my money! I had been on Realself for quite some time and saw other peoples posts about pre op instructions so on April 25 I emailed her regarding 2 things my Rx's and the fact I had not gotten any pre op instructions, my exact words were that "I was concerned because I had not received any pre op instructions" she replied to my Rx question only. I flew in on the 20th which is when she texted me Do's and don'ts for my surgery, with that being said your only as good as the people you surround your self with! You can be the best at what you do but if one person on your team drops a ball it's a fail! In Feb when I did my consult I was not a smoker at all however my life changed in between the months of my consult to my surgery date! I sold my house, decided to split from my 16 yr marriage all stressful situations! I arrived at CG about 6:30am, at about 6:45am is when I met Dr Freiman! My 1st impression was that he was confident but once he started to talk I felt very intimidated! I mentioned the Realself website and that moment he changed, he was simi rude! Most of our conversation was about this site and not my wants for the out come of surgery, I had to ask somebody else how many CC I was getting which I had no choice in, I'm mean if the surgery was free I could see me not having a choice in the matter but seeing how I paid 8G he should have ask me if that was ok! He said people get on here(RS) and give a bad review but do not state what they did to hinder their own results! He said he puts his heart and soul into every procedure, which I 100% believed him when he said it, I do not believe he is a bad Doctor and I do believe he cares for his work, however we all make mistakes nobody is perfect! I also know you can't believe everything people post, if I believed all the bad he wouldn't have got my business, on the flip side, if 1 person say something bad about a person it's probably a lie but if 2-3 people are saying the same thing about a person it's probably true! I am in the medical field and I know 1st hand that patients can be noncompliant! He started asking preop questions one was if I was a smoker? I was honest and said that I had not smoked in the last 10-15 days but I in fact had been a occasional smoker as in a couple puffs in a bar, a couple puffs in a stressful situation but I was not one to even buy a pack! He asked if I was told that stoping only 10 day prior was ok, I said no, I had not received any post op instructions, he all but called me a lie! However I wish I could post pics with this review because I do have proof which I will post to my RS page. He explained the risks of smoking, asked if I wanted to go forward, I said yes! He said that he would not be able to pull my skin on my stomach real tight, I said ok! Never would I have thought he was gonna leave me fat and chubby in my stomach! Which my boobs were super tight and healed just fine, right along with my abdomen incision with no issues what so ever, so it made no sense for me not to have a flat stomach post op! I also didn't like how I was not able to see him post op, I had to see other people associated with his office for all I know they wasn't even medical staff seeing how they wore no identifying name tags, badges showing their credentials! So I find it unfair that he can answer patient questions on RealSelf but not questions from his actual patients! I woke up in recovery his staff was talking so loud to each other, I'm laying there moaning nobody is even paying me no attention, finialy I moan "I'm in pain" they come over tell me my daughter has been called she is on her way, shot a pain med, in my IV and go back to talking! I couldn't believe it! feel like he expected a bad result going into surgery and that's what I ended up with is a bad result! Now I'm faced with trying to find another Surgeon to fix my stomach and get what I shoulda got on May 21! My over all rating of my experience is a 3 1/2 out of 5.
