So I went to my local gnc today and I found arnica 30x tablets and the cream. My questions are 1) when do you start taking the tabs? 2) is there a diff between the cream and gel? 3) what do you do with the cream/gel?

Hey ladies, so I spoke to my coordinator today and she told me having lipo with breast lift would only allow the doc to remove 1000cc of fat and I wouldn't see much of a difference but if I did the lipo by itself the doc can remove 4000cc so I've decided to get the breast lift with implants and I'll do the lipo later on. I'm more dissatisfied with my breasts than my fat. I can exercise that off lol so since I'm only doing boobs I've also decided to do the surgery in April instead of may. My kids will be on spring break that week so it'll be the perfect time. Now the question is saline or silicone? I read a bunch of stuff about silicone and MRIs and saline and ripples, I don't know which one to choose? Did you let the doc decide or did you guys decided before hand?
