Healing great the right one has fallen into place & as you can see the right one is taking its time. Overall I'm very happy with the results so far. They look and feel natural. The scar is healing as expected. I'm very happy to say I let the doctor pick the CCs and I don't regret it...I came out a cup size D (hopefully it stays that way). Which is perfect because I wanted as normal as possible...minus the floppy leftover breast feeding boobs. All in all VERY pleased.
Swelling
Not only is my chest swollen but my augmentation has caused my abdomen to swell as well. But all is well
Day 1
I feel great. It just feels like I got a great chest workout in. We only put in 265cc MP silicone, hope they look great when they drop...I have no complaints about anything this far, everyone was nice, we joked a little then I woke up with nice boob :)...pictures coming soon

So far the long distance communication has gone smoothly, I ask a question and I get a response shortly after. I have not traveled to Miami yet but will be doing so before my surgery date. The only negative thing that I would say is that I haven't received a follow up call or anything but then again I haven't had any problems or concerns, so for me I'm ok with no call but for others it may be needed.
