Jeans size

Also forgot to mention that I was a double 00 jeans before the surgery and now I'm a size 6! I can't believe that I was able to get that much of a difference.

2 months post op- 8 weeks

Probably will be my last update unless anything new happens. By 8 weeks Dr. Hasan said I can sit down without cushion. Yesterday was my first time sitting regularly and it was weird. I was paranoid that my fat would go away but nope it's still there. I am so happy I did this procedure and with the right doctor. I love the results Dr. Hasan gave me. My swelling has gone down a lot however my belly gets a little puffy without my waist cincher on. I stopped wearing foam and boards around 6 weeks and replaced my garment with a waist cincher. I was size small and now I just ordered an XS :) my waist is now 26 1/2. My booty is fluffing it was 38 1/2 and then magically now it's 39. I'll take that 1/2 inch back yay. My tummy is flatter now which I am happy about and now I can even see ab lines. The only problem I have is that I am still stiff. I haven't gotten anymore massages. I have been just massaging myself. When I bend to pick something up sometimes I feel back pain like it's stretching my skin. My back is still swollen though and my scars are still visible. Overall I am loving my results. He gave me the natural hourglass shaped that I wanted.

1 month post op and loving my results. My experience with Vanity Cosmetics

Hello everybody,

I can not believe that a month has gone by already. It's crazy how once you get the surgery done you will track every little detail and change. The most important thing to remember is to not freak out since your body will be changing especially in these 4 weeks. You will be dealing with bumps, lumps, swelling, bruising, back pains and aches, swollen faces, etc. The recovery process for most won't be easy but I wanted to give my personal experience and what I went through incase it will help others who will be going through with the procedure or even those right now recovering as well.

It wasn't until after Week 1 when I left Miami that I started to see and feel bumps. I was like oh great I just left out of state and now these appear. I didn't even have a chance to let Dr. Hasan see them. There was a huge bump/ lump on my lower back right in the middle. It felt like some liquid and when I tap on it, it indents in. I initially was freaking out on the inside but I decided to just relax and take it one day at a time. I always try to fix things or handle things myself and if I can do it then I will seek or ask for professional help. I massaged it a lot with arnica gel and a mini massage in low speed in circular motion. After 30 mins it went away a little. I was relieved. The next day I woke up it was there again! Then I decided it needed more compression to push down that fluid so it wouldn't built up again. I moved my lower triangle foam piece up to cover the bump and then had the foam over the triangle board to put even more pressure. This did the trick and the following day after sleeping with it the bump went away. I have been wearing it like this ever since and now the bump is almost completely gone. I also have bumps on my sides and front as well. I know I just have to keep massaging it and wait. We've just has surgery and can't expect everything to smooth out or go back to normal within only a few days or a couple weeks. For some, it may take months.

After 4 weeks, my back and sides are still swollen and does hurt when touched. However, so much better than before. I am smaller than I started. Dr. Hasan must have gone HAM on my sides with his lipo skills. I thank him for that since I really emphasized I wanted a tiny waist. Now I'm dealing with the pain but I'll take that trade off :) my butt and hips do not hurt anymore. My butt has gone down and dropped to look much more natural. I will post pics so you can see before and afters. It's hard to not fall in love with your results right after surgery especially if you want a big ol booty but remember that it will go down due to swelling and if the fat doesn't stay and gets absorbed. Some girls fall in love with their big swollen booty and then get disappointed when it goes down a lot. You have to keep that in mind. Also, a few weeks after surgery my butt was hard as a rock. I think around week 3 it started to soften and not it is softer and moves a little. My booty right after surgery was around around 40 inches and when it got super swollen after walking or standing too much it went to 41-42 inches. Here are some of my measurements. Also, from my before pictures you can tell I did not have much fat. I am rather skinny compared to other girls on here.

Back fat- 33 inches before surgery, now I'm at 31 inches. Still very swollen on my upper back.
Waist- 30 1/2 inches pre surgery and now 27 1/2 inches at 4 weeks post op. Still swollen and tender.
Hips- 34 inches pre surgery, was 36 inches but now 35 1/2 after swelling went down.
Booty- 36 1/2 inches pre surgery, around 40 inches after surgery, now down to 38 1/2 inches at 4 weeks post op.

My experience with Vanity Cosmetics this time has been wonderful. I can only speak for myself and my own experience since I know other had major problems and lack of communication.

My coordinator was Jessica. I met her the for the first time when I went to have my surgery in Oct and then couldn't due to my abnormal labs. This time around in Jan for my procedure I didn't see her at all. She did reply back to my emails and called me to see how I was doing in the evening after my surgery. She even tried to add me as a friend on google hangout. Anyways, if you do get to meet her she's so sweet in person. Her ass, well it's on a whole different level. She's very very very bootylicious. lol for the girls who've seen her ya know what I mean ;) she's deff a sales girl though so she will try to sell you everything from massages to garments to creams. Sales girls don't know if you can get certain lipo spots actually lipoed. They just charge you. For example, if you wanted arm or inner thigh lipo, she will charge you and then if your doc says you can't get it done or he thinks your not a good candidate then it becomes a huge mess. Try to meet with the doc before adding on any additional lipo spots and then you won't have to deal with waiting for payment refunds etc.

My massage therapist Maria L. She's so amazing and I miss her already. She doesn't speak much English and was so sweet and caring. She has a gentle touch when needed and makes sure your comfortable during the massages. She always ask if I'm in pain or if I need a break or anything. I also paid for 5 massages but couldn't get them everyday since they closed on Sunday and I waited 2 days after my procedure to get it. I only stayed in Florida for exactly 7 days before I flew back to MA. Maria told me don't worry and she will schedule me for all 5 and she even moved things around to make sure I got a double session of massages.

Dr. Hasan and his assistant Yanelys were friendly but straight to the point. They tell you what they can do and don't sugar coat things. If he can't achieve something he will tell you or if your not a good candidate for hip, arm, or inner thigh lipo he will tell you. I didn't spend much time with them though. Just during the initial surgery and then a check up appointment.

Overall, I was expecting the worst from Vanity Cosmetics but was pleasantly surprised by how good my experience was. I didn't even have to ask for my foams, boards, etc. they gave them to me the next day during my second day check up. They don't put in the foams right after surgery because you will be leaking and draining a lot of fluid and don't want it to go into the foam. I told them I paid for massages and they told me to meet with the head massage coordinator to schedule my appointments. I was glad that I only had to wait maximum 10 mins in the waiting room. I am happy and would deff go back to Vanity again if I needed anything else. I am already considering getting breast implants and might go back to Vanity because of their service and super reasonable pricing.
