Well ladies I officially decided to get an implant exchange as I am not happy with the flatness and torpedo look of my breast. Called spectrum no one returns my calls. Emails are vague and when I did the online chat the representative said the cost would be the same. No discount. Kinda thought he would as he knew I was not happy with my size and look before I left in addition he never gave me lipo as it was in my package. Any way, found a doctor closer to home in Pennsylvania who will do it September 16th with no hesitation and willing to go big, like 800cc big. So not going that big. Lol but he thinks my frame and body can handle it. Stomach still swells ironically at the top and I feel some fluid in there. Still doing the lipo in December with the hopes that I will finally be satisfied with myself and done. I've already got the side eye from family. Like I told them, I haven't ask them for one red cent.....enough on that. Hope everyone is doing well out there.....

So I have reached my 4 month mark tomorrow and I'm not too enthused with my breast size. I'm use to being bigger and while they are much perkier and I can go braless, I miss my much larger boobs lol. So I'm a 34/36-d and I use to be a 36 dd. now Ortega mentioned that I would be the same size as before after the lift but I'm not exactly. Have great cleavage though. My stomach is still puffy at the top as before which leads me to believe it's just fat not swelling. He also mentioned I may have to come back for more lipo. Which I am in December just not with him. I'm a lil peed of with him because he told me I couldn't go with big implants as my skin was tight and I needed to give my breast lift some time to stretch out. Then I read all these post with him giving women 400+ implants. ????. My husband reminds me everybody's body is different so maybe he was looking out for my health... Anyway, I called him to let him know I want bigger boobs and what can he do for me. I'm waiting for a response now.... ???? so here are some pics of my scars and settling of my breast after the makeover. Overall I'm happy with everything but still want some more improvements. Yeh I know, I'm being greedy.... Lol.

Dr. Ortega was a great doctor. He was very straightforward with what he could and would not do. Which reassured me he was not about just the money. He took pride in his work. Would definitely use him in my future! The only drawback is that he does not spend much time in post op. Pre op was very long and informative. Post op left me wanting a little more time. Office staff was not bad at all there but post op after leaving Miami I had many issues getting ahold of my coordinator and assistant. Had post op issues that had me hospitalized and it took 3 days for them to get the message to him to call me.
