Breast Revision - Miami, FL

I am 32 with three boys that were all breastfed so I ended up with saggy breasts. After losing weight and breast feeding I was left with a saggy 34b. I wanted a breast augmentation for a long time and I finally saved up enough money so I made an appointment with a local surgeon thinking it would be better to have someone local do it so I wouldn't have to travel. During my consultation we discussed size and the surgeon gave me two choices for my bwd. I was worried about going to big and looking fake so I decided to go with 275cc moderate profile plus by mentor. The experience was amazing the staff was caring and compassionate about my needs. The surgery center was professional and clean. I have no complaints about the procedure. It took about 3 months for my breasts to settle or drop and fluff. I did not like the result my breasts were still saggy and not what I wanted! They were too small and I still had to wear a push up bra to get cleavage. I was so upset because I just spent 7000$ on a breasts job that I hated! My husband told me they looked good and I thought I just had boob greed but I couldn't let it go I had to do something about it. I asked my surgeon if they were supposed to look like this and he said they looked good. I did some research and decided I wanted to go to Miami to get them redone. I have to admit the price is what made my decision for the 2nd BA. I read tons of reviews online about this place and decided to go for it. I contacted the PS office and made arrangements. I had a coordinator who was amazing and I ended up paying less going to this place even though I had to fly to Miami. I had my breast augmentation with Dr. Freiman on January 27th and I am extremely pleased with the results. They are exactly what I wanted! I got 460cc uhp and they are perky and they don't look fake at all! I know I have heard several women and surgeons say that uhp looks fake but honestly it just filled in my loose saggy skin and know they are just like when I was younger! Dr. Freiman is an amazing skilled surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone. As for the place I had them redone at it needs a little work. My only complaint would be how uncaring the OR staff is. My anesthesiologist was uncaring and it took her 3 times to get an IV. I know my veins are hard but I'm a nurse in the ICU and I do IV's daily and I have never seen anyone do an iv like that. It was like she was trying to cause me pain. She even told me if we don't get an IV then we don't have to do your surgery and I told her I'm a nurse and I could do one myself. After that she got one but not after she caused me pain. Once I got to the OR she gave me medicine and I was out. All I can remember is waking up in extreme pain and being freezing cold. The nurse rushed me to get my clothes on and get me out of there. I was disgusted in how uncaring the staff was. As a nurse I would never treat my patient like that. Not to mention I didn't get my prescriptions for pain meds until after the surgery and it took me 2 hours to find a pharmacy in Miami that had my pain medicine in stock. This experience was total opposite from my first but the results are impeccable and after all that I would still do it again! If you are going to Coral Gables Cosmetic Center be prepared to wait and then feel rushed but in the end it's worth it.
