I chose Coral Gables Cosmetics and was recommended to Dr. Freiman by my patient coordinator Yadira S. I looked into Dr. Freiman's background and was so pleased with not only his training and accolades but more-so impressed with his positive patient reviews. The excitement began! I'm a single mom so due to my hectic schedule I didn't actually make it to Miami until the week after my scheduled operation date. Yadira was as cool as the breeze when I called her in a frantic last minute to ask if I could reschedule. I cannot tell you how perfect her reaction was towards this hiccup. You work so hard and all you want at the end of the day is for someone to understand where your coming from. When I arrived to my consultation I was nervous, of course, but meeting Dr. Frieman put me right at ease. He is soft spoken yet concise and gave me the best option for my body type which was way different than i had originally thought I wanted for myself. I knew I was in very good hands. The day of surgery was a breeze, and I actually shared some laughs with the anesthesiologist before going under and that made me so calm I cannot begin to tell you how easy going the entire experience was for me. I am now equipped with my very own buxom bustline and I am one happy lady. Dr. Freiman's work exceeded my expectations. Everyone goes into a plastic surgeons office hoping to emerge looking as they had never actually walked into one, but more like a relaxing weekend away and thats exactly what I received, a refreshed appearance that I can describe in one word : Perfect!
