Ok guys so I called and spoke to Helena they told me 3,500 for lipo and 4000 for fat transfer. So I decided to pay the extra 500 and get the bbl. my doctor was dr Jacob feirmain. Monday I went in for the paper work signing and Tuesday for my surgery. I was told by the doctor I didn't have enough fat so my booty wouldn't be big. Now you see my stomach and back it looks like enough fat to me. I was 149lbs. Anyway we went ahead with the producer. Now the picture on the bottom in the red panties is the before and the pink is the after you be the judge realself if there's a big difference. It is a difference but to be not by a whole lot. I feel like if you want a big ol butt. This might not be the doctor just my opinion. Only writing this because I vouldnt really find a review on him about bbl.
