Update

So I'm a few days from being a month post op. Wanted to share with you dolls my experience. It is very important how you wear your garment. I have been wearing the garment I recieved from Spectrum. It has 3 hooks and zippings on each side. It leaves dents in your side and creates hard spots. Which it did for me. Very one is different but I would suggest to you dolls to get a garment that doesn't have hooks or zippers because it doesn't leave your body smooth like you need in to be. I did purchase a ad board that I use sometimes not sure if it really benefited me or not. I itch like crazy, still have swelling, I do not sit without my boppy, and sleeping is still uncomfortable. I'm stiff and lower back is in pain when I wake up. One lady suggested pain patches but it felt like it was burning through my skin. Sitting on the boppy pillow isn't to comfortable either so I only sit on my bottom when absolutely necessary. I feel like one butt cheek is slightly bigger than the other because one is soft and one is still a little swollen. Can't think of anything else right now but if you dolls have any questions feel free to ask and I need any advice to help me along with recovery.

I need help

Has any girls figured out a comfortable way to sleep? Now I understand what the girls mean feeling like been hit by a truck. When does your butt start to soften? Is there anything extra you can do to help with the swelling? It's very hard to bend but is anybody lefting and bending? I had no clue to what extent I was getting my self into.

Day 6 after surgery

I left miami yesterday after my last massge and follow up. The massage was the most painful of all. During the follow up I had gotten my drained removed. For some reason I still had a little fluid in my lower abdomen that wouldn't drain through the tube so the Dr. O removed a little with needle. It is very important ladies to keep your garment on for compression and especially if you have loose skin like me it will help attach your skin back to the muscles. Spectrum had lipo foams 3 for 30 and there are blue toilets they also give for extra compression. You are super tight in your faja but it's well needed to reduced swelling and help mode your shape. I also bought a ad board. I'm am trying to get a high protein diet, take vitamins and arnicare tables as well as the antibiotics. The pain is lessen but it's still very uncomfortable. My husband and I drove 15 hours because we where afraid to fly but on the way back I was wishing we would have gotten on the plain. You can't sit on your butt for to weeks at all. Not even on the billow pillow. We stayed at a hotel so I brought bes pads to keep from getting blood on there bed. You will also need supply to change your drain site bandage. You can take a shower the next day and wash your faja. Make sure to keep your compression socks on. I'm just ranting of things I can remember because not all of spectrum stuff is helpful. One might tell you something totally different than the other one or you may not get your question answered at all. Spectrum was okay. The staff was friendly and it seemed to be a little organized when I was there. I'm happy with my results and glad to have choosen Dr. O. Just fyi for anyone receiving surgery soon and you seem to not have good communication from spectrum, the day I left there where 3 new staff members that needed to be trained so be patient. One last thing. I loved the massage lady at spectrum. She has such great energy.
