I'm still supppeerr swollen. I think I need to get out of this perry garment and get a faja. Everyone on here looks so great 1 week post. However after my flight home I feel like a creme puff. Today is my day to find a new compression garment. Other than the swelling and a bit of fluid(thinking about taking water pills) I feel good.

Today is day four and I feel sooooo much better. I stopped taking my pain pills yesterday and have had my second message so far. These massages are no joke. I have only been to gladys and she is very nice. Everyone talks about miriam....if she is worse than gladys I don't wann go to her! Lol...I'm so serious. Will post pics soon.
I took my first bm on day three. I still get lightheaded sometimes when I get up to fast or take off my garment. I try to sit on my thighs every hour to promote circulation. I try changing positions so I don't get bored. When I lay on my stomach my hands fall asleep! . I have been eating mostly chicken, salad, pineapple juice and water.
