final update

I guess this is the final update simply because I don't imagine much change from this point. I am going to start working out to maintain these results. My trainer told me that lunges are key, not squats which might cause me to lose the fat!

I had to get back to work after just a week and a half so I had to find something that would not add pressure to my butt or be uncomfortable.

Everyone talks about the boppy pillow and I went to get one but ended up returning after 2 days. it was expensive and uncomfortable. Maybe i wasnt using it correctly but my butt just sank down and slightly touched the seat, my back hurt. Just no.

Then I tried a cigar shaped Foam roller for exercising. I like this so much better! It was like 9$ compared to 40$ for the boppy pillow. I use it under my thighs and place a blanket behind my back for comfortability.

update

Lost about 15% of my volume which is prolly from the plane ride. Mostly in the hips which i think might be from the garment compression! One cheek seems flatter than the other but not noticeable from behind. It looks larger in person than in photos. I can't wait to gain more weight to make it larger! And fill out more.
