Gaining Weight Before BBL

Today is 3 days before surgery. I have gained about 12 pounds and I feel FAT. But, it is important for the Dr. to have enough fat to have amazing results. I will eat healthy starting tomorrow. Since the internet says it takes 2 days to make fat I will stop eating 3000 calories a day today. Tomorrow and Tuesday (the 2 days prior to surgery) will not allow ample time to turn to fat so I may as well start shrinking my stomach and go back to mostly protein and about 1500 calories.

I feel a bit swollen today, could have been the fried shrimp last night and the bag of chips. Today I will cut back on salty and as I mentioned completely cut out carbs and salt for the next two days. See Ya.

Supplies Before BBL

Arnica cream, arnica pills, your antibiotic pills and pain pills, kotex pads (to put inside garment to keep from rubbing), depends (for first days when drains leak), antibacterial cleanser (to shower shoulders down morning of surgery), big loose sundress to put on after surgery, socks (for feet in surgery and during recovery), tylenol (after surgery can rotate with vicoden - I find percocet too strong and makes me depressed), oyster crackers (to pop in mouth when sick), Garment (I only bought one and will wash it after 3 days and let it dry quickly in the direct sun light to save $225), 3 x 7 appx. gauze pads (to put on top of drains - 40), big trash bags or $1.99 painting drop cloths (to put on bed or car seat to keep blood off), Hand lotion on your night stand (your feet and hands will get very dry and aggravating). A face down pillow ( I went to TJMaxx and they have a $19.95 pillow for traveling that will work fine..this saved me $20), Small foam type roller (to put under your upper thighs when you start sitting after day 8), neck pillow or another foam roller pillow ( to put behind back when sitting or driving after day 8). Ergonomic chair (see below).

I am making 2 big pots of chicken brothy soup and vegetable turkey soup to have for the weeks recovery. Cream of Wheat and oatmeal work great the days after surgery. Keep oyster crackers and water on nightstand all the time. At the dollar store they have $.99 flavored sparkling water that seems to work easier for me. This will keep me energized and help me get back to healthy after gaining 12 pounds for the surgery. Lots of protein and low carbs.

Finally. I ordered an ergonomic chair for $75 on Overstock. I looks like it will work marvelously. It is made to sit with most pressure on the front of bottom legs below the knees and some pressure on butt; however, during my recovery i will only place pressure on lower legs to protect my buttocks.. This will be a great alternative to laying on my stomach or standing. I will rotate all 3 for 8 days then I will include the sitting with the roller behind back and under upper thighs after the 8 days and continue for 2.5 more months. Wow, that will be tough but I am positive it will be worth it. Whatever we do..don't put pressure on the buttocks until month 3. will let you know if i forgot something.

I recently had my BBLift; pre op and appt. with Doc Mendieta and everybody was very professional and courteous. Prior to this meeting I had never known Dr. M nor any employees so I am just telling you what my findings are. They were very detailed reviewing my medical history and current meds. They are very organized and have their process down to a science. I will say I have had other surgical procedures (I am in my late 50's) and this doctor has required more pre operation testing than any...chest x ray, urinalysis, 5 blood tests, ekg, complete physical and a release from my personal physican...wow. I appreciated this thoroughness. Surgery soon..will keep you posted. I realize he is more expensive, however, economics is clear that products are worth what one is willing to pay; often depending upon supply and demand. He is in demand. If I am purchasing an oil change I am getting the cheapest oil change out there with good oil. If I am buying a new BUTT I am going to purchase the Platinum of the world BUTT.. Butts by Mendieta. It you take a very close look at before and after photos of the top 10 Brazilian Butt Lift Surgeons you will clearly see who, by far, is the master of the most amazing BOOTIE;. Dr. M. I would be willing to bet there are many famous performers and reality stars that obtained their assets from this very same surgeon. I believe they too did their research and want the King of Booties. Got to go. Will let you know after surgery.

I had a Brazilian butt lift a couple years ago from Dr mendieta Vivian Tire experience was amazing. I'm 61 years old and in the financial world most of my friends think my new Brazilian butt looks like it's 40 years old. Everything was first class and very professional at dr. Mia dentist facility including the assistance of Vivian one of his personnel. Nothing should go wrong as long as you do what you're supposed to do and follow his instructions that's simple as that you look amazing when it's all over just like me.
