End of Road

Well this journey has been interesting... I have zero regrets. Up till today I love the results I have and although it was work getting here, it was worth it. I am 1 day over 5 weeks today and no complications (other than finding clothes to fit correctly lol)... I hope this review has been informative to the next person who may be considering doing a BBL (or lipo) whether it be with Dr O or any one else near or abroad.

Almost 4 Days of Using Abdominal Board

This review is more like 3 weeks as far as the image goes...last one I actually took in week 2 but was too lazy to take another picture...lol..

So today is the Second day of working out...no cardio just a whole lot of ab workouts and upper body. Will start doing squats pretty soon as well.
So far the abdominal board is working out great...maybe 1 or two small lumps left to work out (combination of massage and faja wear)...but almost all gone at this point...Faja is still good. I got mine from Amazon under the name "Fajas Colombianas Post Surgery 9334 Boyshort".

Think I will post at exactly 1 month..maybe with some actual clothes this time. Havent actually wore anything too much then workout clothes since the surgery since pretty much nothing fits the waist anymore...

3 Weeks Post-Op Update

Current Issues: lower and side abdominal swelling (a lot of swelling), lower back stiffness/slight nerve pain and abdominal lumps...

The abdominal lumps (which you can see in picture, especially if you compare it to my original post-op pics in the pink) which are normal in liposuction due to swelling, fluid and your lymph nodes regrouping and so forth is probably the most troublesome at this point...constant self-massages to help in trying to make it go away quicker but right now I think the most efficient tool is the abdominal board I bought from Amazon (shown above). Since I didnt have a drain there are some spots that seemed to have fluid still around 2 weeks but that went away quickly...so now just in hard/stiff abdominal phase...slowly working through it. Ordered a new faja (picture shown above) that is great. Couldnt have made a better choice.

Hmm what else...went back to work on day 8 after surgery..wasnt too bad..just the original foam board they gave made it uncomfortable.. Have been sitting down since maybe day 15..not for long periods of time most days but it no longer feels weird to sit. Sleeping however took awhile to adjust. Sleeping on back is still uncomfortable, the side is moderately uncomfortable. Therefore still sleeping on stomach.

Dr Osak Omulepu was pretty nice however he is direct and straight to the point which can be misinterpreted as rude to some...maybe. He answered any questions I had before surgery and during the two follow-ups post surgery. As far as his vision and results I would give him an A+. He definitely knows what he is doing and he seems to have done so many I didnt have to say much.
