37 Year Old Full Body Lipo and BBL - Miami, FL

These are a few post op pics I took 24 hours after my surgery. I got full lipo to my stomach, back, sides, flanks and inner thighs on the front and back. Please keep in mind I'm padded and boarded down and still swollen so these pics may not do much justice but when you see my butt and waist in person its a lot bigger and waist is snatched in quite a bit. He also did my hips just a little to make me more curvy and proportioned. By the way the butt I desired was pear shape with more of a slope and a slight shelf.

Hello Ladies my surgery was 3 days ago. It was initially so much drama with Vanity and Fisher cancelling. My appointment was rescheduled with Dr. Osak Omulepu. I arrived to Vanity at 9:00am and did my consult with Dr. Omelupu at 11:00. Dr. Omelupu was rude and refused to do lipo and a BBL. He said he would only do a TT. I asked him why was that and he never gave a real reason. He jumped all around the question. I then said how long is the recovery for a TT and he said 2 weeks. At this point I was no longer comfortable with him because he could no longer look me in my eyes and be truthful. I knew he was lying about the TT recovery time because I know several people that had TT's and their recovery was at least 6 weeks. I knew I wasn't interested in a TT and after I continued to question him he walked out the room and sent one of the assistants in. She knew I was pissed and recommended I do a consult with Dr. McAdoo. I agreed to do so. Dr. McAdoo came in and was very pleasant and patient even with all the questions I had. He literally spent about 30 minutes answering questions and educating me on the procedures. His bedside manners are AWESOME! Luckily for me he had a patient that was cancelled due to high BP and he was able to perform my surgery at about 8:00pm that night. At first I wasnt confident he could give me the results I wanted but after seeing many of his patients walk thru the clinic and seeing hundreds of pics of his work on his tablet I was confident that he would do a great job. Mind you Dr. McAdoo does surgery on patients of BMI 35 or lower and my BMI was only 28.9 so I knew he could give me aggressive lipo and get it right especially since he works on so many patients with a higher percentage of body fat. I'm feeling great not a lot of pain and my swelling is going down very quick. I think my recovery has been a bit easier than others because I really prepared my body for the past 6 weeks with aggressive work outs and training with a personal trainer which helped me loose 27lbs in 6 weeks as well as built a lot of muscle. I also did a high protein low carb diet for 6 weeks and did a 3 day cleanse 4 days before my surgery. My cleanse consisted of a fresh squeezed juice blend from Earth Origins. The juice blend had beets, carrots, apples, spinach, lemons, parsley, spinach and kale. I took the pre op make me heal pills and started the post op make me heal pills the day I got out of surgery. This is a very long post. I'll post a new one with pics. I'm feeling great ladies the only issues I had was slight dizziness and vomiting twice the day after but I was told that was the anesthesia wearing off.

So two days ago. I was told Dr. Fisher had an emergency and would not be available Friday afternoon to do my Surgery. I was told Dr. McAdoo could do it but I wasn't confident that he could give me the results I was looking for so I requested Dr. Osak Omulepu as he was also one on the top of my list. The only problem was he doesn't work on Friday's so I had to change my surgery day to Thursday (today). I arrived here at 9 and checked in and was told I'd be seen at 10 so now I'm just waiting. Well ladies I'm going to sign out for now and will update you when I crossover to the Big Booty side.
