I went back to work yesterday and hated it. I felt very tired and dizzy. I am sore and stiff. My friend gave me a massage and it felt good.

Plane ride
I upgraded to first class and it's so worth it. I stood for 2 hours chatting with stewardess and half hr when I was on my seat I worked my triceps. Lol. My whole weight was on my arms. :)
