Question for the girls who have had the BBL already.

At what point did you regain your full range of motion (As in bending over Etc.)? When did the sensitivity and numbness of your skin go away? For those of you who stopped wearing your garment and switched to waist training, when did you make that switch? Was it comfortable? Did you use a waist trainer or corset? Did you still used your boards/foams? Thanks!

Official Post Surgery Review

So my surgery was scheduled for 9:30am on Monday (4/13). They took me to the back right away. I changed into a gown, socks and took a pregnancy test. The nurse took photos again. Then I sat there for about an hour or so. The anesthesiologist came in and explained a few things and I asked a few questions, he was very nice. It wasn't Peter that I have seen a lot of girls write about and saw he's so cute. His name was Gabrielle and he was still a good looking guy. He told me I would feel like I got hit by a truck and then backed over a few times. And I will saw he was right. lol
Fisher came in marked me, asked me what I wanted and then told me what to expect and he took photos again. He pointed out a few things on the photos and explained some of the changes I could expect. He was funny and easy to talk to. I showed him about 7 wish pictures and told him I did NOT want a huge/wide booty. Then I sat there another 45 mins or so then the anesthesiologist cam in and gave me an IV. Then came to take me to the OR maybe 30-45 mins after that. In total I waited about 2 hours before going into the OR. Gabrielle said he was giving me a shot of tequila and then I was out.
I woke up on my back and at that point the only thing that hurt was my butt and I wanted to leave ASAP. I always wake up pretty aware after surgery so I was ready to go pretty quickly. So she put my faja on with hurt a little, but not too bad. After putting my clothes on I stood up and I felt something warm running down my legs, so I told her and I looked down and saw blood all over my sweat pants. So she pulled them down and my faja, socks and legs were soaked with blood. I then became very dizzy and told her to get a doctor ASAP. She said that it was normal, but I wanted to hear that from a doctor. So Gabrielle came in since Fisher was in surgery and he said ti was normal. I still wasn't sure if they were being honest though cause it was a lot and I did have a drain in. I then laid back down for about 10 mins and then said I was ready to go. They had me lay in the back of the car, but after about 2 mins I just couldn't take it so kneeled in the back seat and we had about 35-40 drive to the condo, which sucked to say the least. I continued to bleed a lot, in my drain and also all over my faja, and the chux on the bed, it was so much I was worried I may need a transfusion. I called the office and asked to speak to a nurse which they of course told me would call me back and never did. I called after hours and they do no even have an answering service. So don't call after hours thinking there is an answering service that will contact a doctor for you, because there isn't one. The fact that there isn't is kinda crazy to me, because any surgeon I've had in the past had one. I decided to wait it out rather than go to the ER and so far I have been fine. Day 1-3 were painful, but nothing unbearable. Day 4 was much better. Today is day 6 and the only pain I really feel in in my lower back from the triangle because I can not stand up straight with it in. The worse back other than that has been the laying face down, it hurts my back and ribs and my elbow are sore. I can't wait to be able to lay on my side and actually get some sleep. I am up and down all night and day because I can't lay for too long. I flew my mom to Miami to take care of me. You definitely need someone with you, but it doesn't have to be a nurse. Oh I had my drain and stitches removed on day 4 because I was leaving the next morning, the removal of the drain didn't hurt, it was more uncomfortable as she pulled it out. They leave the incision open so I have been covering with gauze and charing it every 1-2 hours. I had a direct flight home (1.5 hr) I used the Booty Buddy and slept most of the way. It wasn't as bad as I had anticipated, but walking afterwards hurt, I was stiff and my feet felt like they were going to explode. I think that covers most of my experience so far. I will update shortly with a list of MUST HAVE items.

Well I made it! Today is day 3 post op!

Well I will say that the laying face down is probably the worst part of the whole process. Everyone says day 2 is the worst, but I didn't find day 2 to be any worse than day 1 or day 3. I'm not really feeling up to writing the whole experience quite yet, but I will soon. Fisher said that day 4 and on is when everything starts to get better, so I hope that is true. We shall see tomorrow.
