Hello ladies and Happy Thanksgiving! I'm a 27 y/o...

Hello ladies and Happy Thanksgiving! I'm a 27 y/o mother of a wonderful 1 yr old and finally decided its time to do something about my flat butt! I had a breast augmentation 8 1/2 yrs ago and will be looking into re-doing them later, I need to focus on my booty right now :) I'm fairly thin, usually 108lbs, (5'6") but I knew that I wanted this surgery after having my son and started packing on the pounds (currently 123). I went back and forth for a while tying to decided if I wanted a BBL or butt implants as I wasn't really all that thrilled with gaining weight and let's not talk about the fact that your booty can go MIA if you lose any weight!! I came to the conclusion that I have stubborn belly fat, so I'd need lipo anyways, and why should I let that fat go to waste? If I want to add volume after the BBL I can always go with implants later, right..???

So I've been searching NON stop and I feel like a perverted guy looking at all these butts (not just online either. If I'm at the store and I see a girl with a nice ass, I'm totally checking it out and wondering if she had any help..) I've been looking into Dr. Fisher at Vanity Cosmetic in Miami as I have seen SOOOOOO many great results from him and he's not TOO far. When I called I spoke to Shirley who asked me to send her some pictures, which I did. She promptly responded telling me that I'll need to gain 5-10lbs and that she recommends I do surgery with Dr. Hasan instead as he does "aggressive" lipo which is better for thinner patients. She then told me that it is up to me and that both Drs are running a $5000 special. I haven't seen very much of Hasans work, so didn't want to make a decision right there and then.. She told me to think about it and get back to her the next day.

During my research I found MANY nasty reviews saying that they do not care about their patients, just the money, that they always try to sell you things and are all very rude/unprofessional. I also saw that they are known to cancel/reschedule on out of town patients AFTER they arrive! I also read somewhere that Dr Hasan isn't even a plastic surgeon and that one of his patients died from his procedure. This got me pretty scared. $5000 may sound like a great deal, but it just sounds like more of a headache/nightmare. How many of you ladies (and gentleman) have had good results with either of these Drs?

I'm also looking into Dr Jimerson in Atlanta GA, LOVE his work, but he is just about double in price. (Which is worth it if he doesn't kill me! :) Has anyone had work done with him?
