I also noticed that under certain lighting, the slight curvature in my nose and a small piece of extra skin (bump) on one side that were both there pre-surgery can still be visible at times. But this is very rare and takes a keen eye (basically just my own) to catch. I realize that these were probably the most difficult parts of my nose to get perfect and I can't expect perfect even under the best surgeons. Overall the nose is already a huge improvement over the old one and still getting better !!

After some careful searching around the country (mostly LA, Chicago & southern Florida), I found Dr. Bustillo in Miami. I couldn't be happier with my decision, I believe from my experience that Dr. Bustillo is easily one of the top rhinoplasty specalists in the country. He is also kind and compassionate to his patients and puts so much his heart into his work that it is inspiring to see, even to a patient. My rhinoplasty procedure was done on September 15th, 2015 and also included septoplasty. My nose was hard work, as my septum was extremely deviated to the point that it was brushing up against the side of my nose and wearing itself thin.
