3 days post

I had my check up this morning, I missed Dr Omulepu as my uber was late and we got stuck in loads of traffic so I saw my lovely Sheila lol. She said he did great and I should go up to the second floor for a massage as I had loads of fluid in my back. Boooooy oh boy did that massage hurt. I was texting my bf the whole time like I can see the light.. I'm dying, Jesus! Loooool. I felt pockets of fluid kind of pop over my back but I felt so good after and I've been moving so much better since. Yazna was so funny though.. She was playing loads of Michael Jackson and said she'll speak her best English for me. Her and my Mum cracked jokes the whole time. She massaged my neck too she said she could feel I was stiff from how I was sleeping and I came home and slept like a baby. I will say I thought I had a high pain threshold but right now it's a toss up pain wise between this and a tummy tuck. I had so much trouble sleeping and getting up my first two days and my arms are totally worn out from having to push myself up all the time. But seeing my results he gave me what I asked for so I can't wait for the swelling to go down. Here's a little before and after and I'll update in a few days maybe?

Spectrum.. What's all the fuss about?

Here's my in depth review about Spectrum and Dr Omulepu :)
I was supposed to arrive at Spectrum at 3pm but they emailed me saying they had a cancellation so I got there around 2. I settled my balance in cash and had to give a urine sample etc. When I saw Dr Omulepu I was a bit starstruck lol! He spent about 30 minutes or so with me. Saying I came all the way from London and I said yes because I love your work! He took all my before pics himself and explained what he was going to do for me. I didn't ask for hips but he said he was giving me hips and taking all the fat out of my flanks and upper stomach etc. He noticed from my previous scarring that I'd lost a lot of weight and had other procedures so I explained my story of coming from 360 lbs and said that's why I don't have wish pics because not only am I confident in his work but after every surgery things are better. He said he loved my mindset and that made me really happy, he also said I need to give myself a break from surgery for a couple of years as I've put my body through a lot and I'm young and should enjoy life. He really is a sweetheart. I got to meet my coordinator Emily while I was waiting to go into surgery she's so cute and gave me a hug and kiss and said everything will go perfectly. Also one of the nurses, Sheila.. OMG she's hottttt. She came in and all I saw was ass loool she even said "are you checking me out back there?" Haha.. I asked who did hers and she said "who do you think?" Lool another Omulepu doll and she was 3 years out. So I was even more relaxed.
So went into the operating theatre and laid on the bed.. Got my IV put in and then Dr Omulepu came in and said "hi my British friend are you ok?" I said yes, he said "ok I'm going to suck out all the fat and put it in your butt ok?" I gave the thumbs up. Then I woke up. In agony. I was crying and the male nurse ran over like "mami it's ok what's wrong?" I was just saying it hurts it hurts then a female nurse came saying "baby are you in pain?" I said yes it hurts and she put something in my IV and I was out like a light again. About 15/20 minutes later she woke me up saying my cab was there and they put me in a wheelchair and took me to my cab. They laid some sheets in the back and before I got in gave me a big hug and kiss on my forehead and wished me a fast recovery.
Honestly everybody at spectrum
was amazing. They loaded me up with extra compression socks and sheets to soak up the leaking as I was staying in a hotel and my mum was blown away by how sweet everyone was. I'm definitely happy in my decision to go with Dr Omulepu and Spectrum! Next post will be my recovery so far.. Eek!

I made it!!

On the other side dolls.. Dr Omulepu is such a wonderful man. I'll write a full review when I'm not so sleepy :)

I read how lovely and caring he was which is why I chose him but nothing could prepare me for meeting him face to face. He comes across so genuine and humble and he took a lot of time to talk to me and make me feel comfortable and congratulate me on how far I've come already. I was quite overwhelmed but knew I was in safe hands and I'd reccomend him to anyone. Keep up the amazing work and thank you for changing my life!
