I did a liposculture but was left in worse body...

I did a liposculture but was left in worse body shape than the one I had before it. Lumps and bumps are visible in my abdomen and hardness in the skin. I only see a minor improvement in my lower back.
Can Lumps and bumps left after abdominal liposculture be removed with modeling massages and workout exercises? Or would another surgery be required?My Doctor: Join to view doctor's name
The doctor never advise on the possible side effects, nor she explained in detail the post-surgery process.
