Hi everyone just a short note to say that I am still loving my face. I don't get on here much this time of year as I work crazy hours.
I will try to answer all my replies as soon as I can.
Just want all to know that I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever. I also get many compliments as to how refreshed I look.

Hello everyone I'am a 58 year old single female...
Hello everyone I'am a 58 year old single female who decided to have a facelift in Mexico.
I will start by saying that I did may months of research prior to getting the surgery. Two key factors were number one finding a competent and compassionate doctor and second was of course the price.
I found both with Dr.Koelliker in Celaya Mexico at the Guadalupano hospital.
My journey started with flying to Leon Mexico and staying one night in a hotel as my surgery date did not line up with my flight. The next day I was picked up at the hotel by a private driver and taken to Celaya. The driver stayed with me until I was checked in at the hospital. I was them taken to a private room which I would occupy for 3 days.
Dr.Koelliker came to see me right away to do a consult. I was very pleased that he is well spoken in english which was a concern for me as being in a foreign country it is a bit intimidating to say the least if you can't communicate. The consult went well Dr. Koelliker addessed all my concerns and explained everything in great detail prior to my surgery the next morning.
The next morning the surgery went well and I was back in my room on the road to recovery before I knew it. I spent the next couple of days being very well taken care of with very little pain. I should mention that I was put to sleep using IV sedation so after the surgery I felt great with no issues.My facelift included the following
1. Upper and lower eye lids
2. Mid face
3. Neck
4. Upper and lower lip fat transfers and dermabrasion
Please note that the lips were an extra 600 for the transfers and 600 for the dermabrasionAfter 3 days at the hospital I was again picked up by a private driver and driven to San Miguel de Allende to Casa Marino Spa. I was meet at the door by Fabiola who was at my beck and call for all my needs. Not to mention the great meals that were served everyday without being repeated. Going hungry was not an option.
I have to say that San Miguel de Allende is probably the most beautiful place I have ever been. Lots of history and no problem getting around. Also very safe.
On my second last day Dr.Koelliker came to the spa to remove my stitched and check out that I was on the mend without any problems, which I was.
The next morning I was one more time driven by a private driver to the airport in Leon for my trip home.
Everything went great without any issues and I could not be happier with my new face.
I'am back home now it has been 3 months, I get comments on how refreshed I look these days so I have absolutely no regrets with my decision.
All I can add is a big thank you to all involved in my journey to look and feel better.

Dr.Koelliker is probably the most caring and compassionate Dr. I have ever meet. He has a wonderful bed side manner of any of the doctors I have ever had to deal with. He also has a great team working with him who are also just as caring. Not only is he a great doctor he is a great person in my view.
