Im 5'1 and currently weight 147 pounds, I want to be at least 130 by the time of the surgery. Im a mother of 3 kids 10, 5, 1 and im 28 years old. Im getting a tummy tuck, lipo, small breast lift and breast implants. Im getting everything done in mexicali, mexico for a total of 7,000. My weight before my third child was 117 and I gained so much weight the day my third child was born I weighted 199 pounds. no excess skin anywhere now in my body but my stomach and im very thankful for that, but honestly my stomach got so big with all my pregnancies, and my breast too but they are not bad at all, Im just getting then done because the package that I got is excellent, I feel very nervous because my doctor told me to lose a little bit of more weight before surgery. I've been losing weight by running, which I love, I've participated in my first color run this february. Even a my lowest weight of 117 and size 1 jeans (the strechy kind) I would still have a muffin top. Im very nervous because I have to put in the effort to lose some weight but I feel like its impossible and that Im going to let my doctor down, even though I have all the time in the world to exercise.

My surgery date is on april 29, I am now 135...

Today I weigh 128 pounds, 8 more pounds until my new goal of 120 pounds by may 15. My surgery date got changed from april 29 to may 15.

Had my tummy tuck and breast augmentation on the 15th. EVERYTHING went well, I came in at 9am and around 9:25am I SIGNED SOME PAPAERS and I got an if in me, then the doctor came in and we talked about somethings, then the anesthetician came in and explain my tummy tuck procedure , I'm having and awake tt as soon as I went to the operating room. He gave me something to relax I didn't stay awake during the surgery because I fell asleep , I was exhausted because 2 days prior I didn't sleep , because I was so nervous. I woke up in another room with no pain whatsoever,got moved again to another room, and here is where I currently2 days later with a drain and a thing for collecting my pee,sorry don't remember what is called and still no pain.it's only uncomfortable when I moved, and I have gotten so much sleep.

Hi brendas026, I'm glad to here that everything went well with your surgery :) I'm scheduled with Dr Lamadrid for June 12th, I've heard many great things about his work of art but have not had the privilege to actually see it. I'm having a Breast lift revision w/ exchange of implants, revision of my tummy tuck, lipo to my arms, upper and lower back, abdomen, waist, and fat grafting to my booty. I'm really nervous since this is my second time around, my first surgery was done by Dr J. Hoefflin in Beverly Hills but he totally just ripped me off. He said he was going to do all this work on me, (charged me for it of course up front) but only did a horrible tummy tuck with a so called breast lift. I was wondering if you would please be willing to share with me your recent post op pics and any good and bad info you may have on Dr Lamadrid?

Hi glad to hear everything is going well. May I ask you details about the recovery? For example did drains include something to collect the fluid or did your bandages soak it up? Also how was your first shower? Are you being taken care of by a nurse there or family? Happy Healing!

Congratulations on getting to the flat side. I am anxious to see your pictures and hear about your healing and progress. Also, I am very impressed with your weight loss up until your surgery. I also need to lose about 10-15 pounds before my surgery. You said that you were running....is that how you lost the weight? How far did you run, and did you do anything else?

Yes, all i did was ruin in my tredmill for 1 hr and a half, not continuosly but spread through the day, half and hour at a time running for one minute and walking for two and so on úntil i did 30min. I also did and extra 30 min just walking a little fast. I exercise Six days out of the week and a ver y extrict diet, i also did a week of cleansing with the water diet only. I manage to lose almost 30 pounds.

SO SORRY for not responding to your reply - you must have thougth I was rude :( I am not very good about checking messages on here and find it sort of cumbersome to figure out where responses are....I'm sure it's just me. Anyway.......I wanted to say THANK YOU so much for the info you shared on your running and/or using the treadmill. I love that you were able to spread out your times through the day and still have it work. My challenge is overcoming my laziness to discipline myself in a routine. Knowing I can have just as successful experience with shorter spurts gives me hope. Thanks again for your details !!!!!!

My mom owns a house in mexico, so im staying in mexico for 3 weeks, hopefully less. Wasn't nervous at first but as the day gets closer, I am. I just want to be on the flat side already.
