Because of genetics I inherited my dad's "waddle". (excessive fat under my chin down to my neck). It made me look 10 years older than I am and I had stopped being in family photos because every time the camera flashed it bounced off the fat hanging down. I did it to feel more self-confidant.

My 1st appointment had to be rescheduled because some one of the staff had not put my file up to be called. I was there an hour and told it would be another 45 minutes before Dr. could see me. I unhappily rescheduled. However, at my next appointment I was seen almost immediately.
