I am 24 years old and I exercise 5 days a week. I watch my diet and I am very healthy. I wanted to lose that little bit of belly fat that I couldn't seem to burn off.
They told me that I could attend my exercise class the next day with no problem, so I thought no big deal. Well, when I got home my belly was swollen like a pregnant woman. I had my husband come home immediately, because I was scared. That night, when I woke up, I broke out in a sweat that left me wringing wet , and my face had lost it's color I almost blacked out many times.
Today is my 5th day and there is no way I could gone to any class the next day. I am feeling better but I can feel knots in my belly, I am still very swollen and I have some bruises. I am also swollen in my private area. I wonder when the knots and swelling will go away.
