It has been eight months since i had mesotherapy. I received eight vials in one day which is too many. A valuable lesson i learned that day is you need assistance when putting on your "compression garmet". I did not get help because i did not realize i needed it. So when i bent over to put on my garmet i passed out and hit my head on a metal cabinet. I believe i got a concussion from my fall. I was nauseated for about three days with a killer headache. I had not energy. I could not have worked if i had to. I was real glad i took five days off. I was sore for several months. I had small lumps in my legs. Overall i lost 8 pounds which was very dissappointing. I was silly enough to believe the doctor who said i should lose 4 pounds per vial. I followed the diet the doctor gave me to the letter for one month. The diet was the zone on over kill. I ate chic., tuna, egg whites and spinach for two weeks. I then was able to add other green veg. for two more weeks. I ONLY lost 8 pounds. I would suggest any one thinking of doing this follow the diet for one month and see what happens. If you decide to get mesotherapy make sure you have help putting on your garmet. You should feel fine right afterward even a little energized but DO NOT BEND OVER.
