49 Yrs, 3 Children, Breast Augmentation -435cc. Mermaid Beach, AU

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Ces Colagrande. After previously having a bad experience with cosmetic surgery, where I had been told I needed a breast reduction and breast lift. My breasts were empty up the top I wanted these full like they once were, not smaller, but was told this needed to be done. The end result was I was still very empty up the top and didn't have the desired look. Dresses and tops still did not look nice. I researched extensively to find a competent doctor this time. One who would and could do what I was asking for. I had consultations with other surgeons to try to fix and achieve the breast look I was aiming for. I kept getting told it couldn't be done and I should be happy with how I looked and they looked natural. I didn't want a droopy natural look I wanted a nice full round look. I stumbled across Dr Ces by accident when I saw a picture of a girl on Instagram with exactly the look I was after and her before picture looked very similar to me. I started looking him up and couldn't find one bad review and he had so much experience. There was just one problem.....I live in Melbourne and he is on the Gold Coast! I phoned his office and spoke to one of his very friendly and helpful staff. She told me to send some photos and she would pass them on to Dr Ces. Soon after I got a phone call from her telling me Dr Ces could help me and would I like to organise a phone consultation. I had my phone consultation with Dr Ces and was so pleasantly pleased at how he spoke to me. It was not all clinical he spoke in normal everyday talk. He listened to exactly what I wanted and without any hesitation whatsoever said it would not be a problem at all to achieve the look I was after. He explained how it was not an issue at all travelling to Queensland to have the procedure. I could phone or email him any time with any further concerns or questions I had. It seemed too good to be true. I booked my procedure in with him and over the next month did so much more research on him hoping and wondering if I was doing the right thing after getting it so wrong last time. No matter where I looked on the internet everything was totally 100% positive. I kept switching from being excited to worrying that once I got to my pre op consultation he would look at me in real life and tell me he couldn't do what I wanted. It was a big thing to organise a trip to Qld for a week and organising kids to be looked after only to get there and find it was another waste of time like all my other appointments in Melbourne with other "experienced" cosmetic surgeons. Well the time came and there I was in his consulting room. It was so reassuring, he is such a very caring, kind, genuine doctor and totally put me at ease. I was very stressed about making the right choice on which size. Once I showed Dr Ces photos of the look I liked, he knew exactly what size and what he needed to use. He told me to relax and enjoy the weekend and he would take total care of me on the Monday. He answered my emails of concern over the weekend and when the morning of the operation came around,again he was so reassuring. He told me not to worry he knew what I wanted and would make me look fantastic. He hugged me, he stroked my face just before getting put under the anaesthetic told me again they would look after me. He seriously is such a genuine, caring person. Well the end result is absolutely fantastic it is so much better than I expected. I absolutely without a shadow of doubt love what he has done for me. His attention to detail is above and beyond what you would imagine. His after op care and follow ups are well beyond anything I would ever have expected. I would absolutely urge everyone looking at cosmetic surgery/breast surgery to not look beyond Dr Ces Colagrande.
