bruises!!

It's been 6 days - after my lymphatic drain massage last night (which felt nice but I feel I could have done the same on my couch while watching a movie. . And possibly will tonight) my body has begun to bruise.
The pain is practically gone save from a few places, particularly near the scars.
The swelling is still intense but I'm hoping in the next week I start seeing more definition. Last night I slept without my foam and it felt wonderfully liberating.
sorry about my underwear pics. :P

day 4

Pain is practically gone - just the discomfort of the foam strap. I'm having a lymphatic drain massage tomorrow which will help with the bruising.
I'm still slightly swollen, my waist is 83 centimeters and there is a slight uneven bulge under my lower abs.. I'm hoping the massages and time will alleviate this.
Will post more after the massage tomorrow evening.
I still can't see any definition in terms of what high Def vaser promises but I'll give it time.

a long wait and a short consultation

I arrived at the doctors office at 1pm.
I was attended to Immediately and asked to remove my foam padding and compression vest and change into a robe.
I did so, sat on the back of a chair because I felt slightly uncomfortable sitting down without my compression things, and waited.
and waited.
I met with a nurse who asked me to fill in a feedback from.
I continued to wait.
45 minutes later I went out and asked what was happening.
The doctor was then paged and came to my room 5 minutes later.
Perhaps they forgot.
He looked at me, said the I'm progressing a lot quicker than he had expected. That 3 days out of surgery people would have a lot more swelling.
Asked to see me next week and left.
I tried asking questions such as the necessity to massage, whether I could sleep on my stomach, how long I should keep my foam padding fat suit on..
He answered everything with single words while walking from behind the desk to the door.
Okay so I didn't get too much attention, but it's good to know I'm progressing along well enough.
Still no much definition in my body, and the bruise is turning yellow. Hopefully the swelling will start to go through the week.

During the initial consultation he seemed rushed, and didn't give me much confidence that the end result would look good. However once I agreed to have the procedure done, and on the day of the operation, he was informative and friendly. His nurses were great to deal with. Funny, caring and made me feel very calm about being there.
