I had been dreaming about a breast augmentation for years and I finally decided to “make it happen” and I have not looked back since. I have never liked my breasts and it got so bad that I couldn’t even look at myself in the mirror in the end. I didn’t feel like a woman and this feeling I have been living with for years until the day I walked into the office of Richard Bloom. I think the hardest thing was picking up the phone and dialling the number to make the initial appointment. As soon as I walked into the reception area of ARC Plastic Surgery I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. After meeting Richard (who I felt completely comfortable with right from the start) he listened to what results I was looking for and then explained to me what he can realistically do for me and that is when he advised me that I needed a lift as well as an augmentation to get the best results. He measures you and recommends what size would best suit your body for a natural looking breast which is the result I was wanting. He is extremely informative and all questions were answered without me asking. A day after meeting with Richard I booked in for surgery. I had my surgery on 25th May at the Linley Clinic. My surgery was first thing in the morning and everything went smoothly and I remember waking up and looking down at my new breasts thinking “is this real!!” Super excited!! The staff at the Linley Clinic are fabulous, friendly and caring and made me feel at ease even though my heart was racing a million miles an hour just prior to the surgery!! I stayed overnight and didn’t want to leave the next day with such first class care!! After what was obviously a huge day in surgery for Richard he still managed to come and check on me prior to leaving the hospital (late at night) which was very much appreciated. Great natural bedside manner.
I am now 6 weeks post surgery and my recovery is going well. The after care has been meticulous and nothing is ever a problem at ARC Plastic Surgery. I would like to thank everyone at ARC Plastic Surgery and especially Richard Bloom for making this experience memorable and for “making it happen” as it has been a life changer for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard Bloom, he is a first class surgeon. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

I can not say enough positive things about Richard Bloom. He is extremely professional, patient, genuine and honest in his approach. His knowledge and as a skilled surgeon is first class. From the moment I walked into Richard Bloom’s office I felt very comfortable. It is clear that he was only focussed on achieving the best results for me and that gave me reassurance and the confidence in the final result. In his consultation he measures you and recommends what size would best suit your body and also has the facility of 3D computer imaging which is extremely helpful as you get a good idea on how your breasts would look from every angle. His staff are professional, friendly, helpful, caring, supportive and fabulous. Nothing is ever a problem when you call for help and guidance. Thank you so much for making my experience memorable. My emails and phone calls have always been answered straight away and the after care appointments are regular and I have never had to wait long at all. The customer service is outstanding.
