After menopause I had a large belly I could not get rid of. I had a very large amount of fat removed. I was awake during the procedure but they gave me something to relax me. I put my mp3 player on and off to my happy place I went. When it was over they helped me into a compression garment and I walked out. Recover was fast with very little pain. Although I had a lot of fat removed the skin on my belly is smooth and tight. It has been a year and now I am thinking about having my upper arms done.
