Nasal Hump Will Not Go Away

I first had septo-rhinoplasty in April 2009 where the doctor rebuilt my septum with my rib cartilage. She also shaved down the bump on the bridge of my nose. 4 months later and I still had the bump on my nose and it felt like bone. The doctor shaved the bump again in her office, she just went under the skin.

Last week I had to have another surgery on my septum, because the last one left me with a hole. Again she shaved down the bump but it already is hard as bone.

My insurance covered this procedure because it was not considered cosmetic but the result of an injury to my nose when I was a teenager.

Why does the dorsal hump on my nose keep coming back after being shaved down?

Great review?

Experienced, personable, made me feel very comfortable
