bump is back i hate my nose what do i do i need help do u think i shuld get another nose job help help

my surgery was on 12/2/05 it was perform in Massachusetts i pay $6000,now i have 3 week ,there is one problem the bump is back ,i don't like it,what do i do.

I am pretty angry with the outcome of my surgery considering my plastic surgeon made it seem easy. I am curious... If my Dr. said " THE COST OF YOUR SURGERY IS "5900" and includes and touch ups needed", before I had my primary rhinoplasty does he have a right to charge me an additional 2000 dollars for anesthesia? He never specified I had to pay for anesthesia. I don't think this is right!
