You look great! Congrats on your weight loss. But a Yankees fan in Massachusetts? That can't be right. ;) j/k

That makes sense, the starchy and carb-rich foods would make you fuller quicker.

Wow, you look great. Can I ask how much you managed to lose altogether? Have you found your new, more restrictive diet easy to follow?

Hi Kristy I have lost all my weight in the first 6 months a total of 96.4 lbs. i am extremely glad i did it and would do it again. I am now going for a tummy tuck on November 1 2010 (i am so nervous) but i cant wait to get rid of the extra flab that will just not go away. The diet is like learning to eat all over again 1 day i can have something and the next i may not be able to tolerate it but so worth it. also you have to workout or it will come back i didnt go to the gym for 6 weeks and i gained 5lbs so now i'm back to walking 2-5 miles a day

It's really good that you've lost everything you wanted to lose. Your Tummy Tuck will make you feel 100% better I'm sure, it just completes the transformation into who you've always wanted to be.

I guess exercise is just as important as the change in diet. If you don't mind me asking, how much food are you able to eat at each meal now?

it really depends on what i'm eating i can eat a whole bowl of salad but with pasta i get full very fast so the lighter the food the more you can put in i cannot eat a whole apple it fills me up quickly and so does corn it really depends to on how much i have ate that day too
