had smart lipo performed in the lower and upper abdominal area and flanks. I am 2weeks post surgery and my stomach is hard and uneven. The good thing is that I dont have loose skin. Do I need vela shape? Will it eventually soften on its own? Will excersize help soften the tissue?

Hi jader -- Has your doctor mentioned anything about massaging the lumps? This has helped some people, but I hesitate to suggest it if she hasn't told you either way.
