During my first breast augmentation, a 350 saline...

During my first breast augmentation, a 350 saline implant filled to 390cc was placed in me. (original breast size: 32a cup/bra size) Putting me at a 32c/34b bra size.

A year after my first breast implant, I made a bad decision. I replaced my first implants with larger implant, again using Saline implant (510cc)leaving me at a 34d bra size. As time pasted, I realized that the implant looked to big on me. Considering to be my size (104 lbs and 5ft'1"). I felt very uncomfortable and unnatural.

7yrs has past and I recently had another breast implant revision. The doctor used Allergan/Natrelle style 115 (354cc silicone filled) textured round implant. 2 weeks has past since I under went surgery. I don't notice a any different. In fact, I still fit into my 34d bra. I wanted to achieve my first breast implant bra size (32c/34b).

I was wondering will my implant drop anymore, since my breast tissue has already been stretched. And what is the full recovery/final result time for a breast revision to smaller implants. I really don't want to under go another breast revision. Really need a expert comment!!!!!

Breast implant revision recovery time?

Great review?

I know that the P.S. did remove the capsule Completely. A moderate profile was placed into me. I'm am not sure if he had modified my large pocket or used the same one. I wanted to know what type of problem would I be facing if the same Pocket was used without a pocket modifcation or change. Also how do I know if i have fluid accumulation? My P.S never discuss these important factor with me. Thank you for all the informative facts!

Size is one of the most common reasons for implant resurgery. It should not. Size should be discussed thoroughly with the patient prior to surgery. You went from 510 to 354cc implants. There are other factors to consider are the implants simillar in projection i.e. High profile , Moderate profile Was the capsule removed in total or partial. If the same pocket was left without change then this may be a problem. If you are still large then is there fluid accumolation? Exchanging the implant to smaller size require modification of the large pocket. Choosing the right size implant depend on your body measurements and the breast measurements, and creating the right size pocket. Before judging on your present smaller implant wait three months if no change see your Board Certified PS
