i had permanent eyeliner and i love it. it does not hurt to get it done, just feels like someone is scratching around your eyes. in two days, swelling goes down and it is soooo worth it.

its great if you swim alot or always in a hurry. it nice to wake up looking half decent. i definitely recommend it!

I just had my permanent eyeliner done by Ruth Swissa in Agoura Hills, CA (www.ruthswissa.com) I love it. She's very professional, and is a great artist. I can only recommend! For those who wants to avoid any horror story with permanent make up, go to Ruth. She's been in business for many, many years. You will be in great hands. I swim quite a bit, and love outdoor activities. It's great to not have to worry about smearing or re-applying.
