I have made my decision today....I am going for BBL, I am tired of just dreaming about my dream butt.......TIME TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT !!!

I will be going to Marbella, had my consultation with Dr.Aslani last week and he really seems good. He was very different to what I had expected, my feedback had been that he was a very chatty and charming person.......I could not confirm this, at least not with me.

Don't get me wrong, he is very nice and polite, but my feeling was that he was very technical (perhaps not such a good thing). My hubby sat the consult with me and he reckons that Aslani is probably just being serious and trying to avoid exaggerated expectations, which is more than just fair.

But at the end of the day, I am going for surgery and not for a date, so the improtant thing is that he is competent, and I really think he is.

I have seen a couple of Aslani's results,in this forum I have liked the results of Misty11 and Rosa007 best (my hubby loves Rosa's look), both look really fantastic and have exactly what I was looking for...........it seems that Rosa is even objecting that not enough lipo was done on her back !!!!

I think this is a bit weird(I am not sure if it's okay to say this, no offence), but I believe that some people are never happy, no matter how good there results.
If Aslani gives me something like that, I will be the happiest person on earth........

I still worry a bit about the travelling, it is only a two hour flight, but you cannot fly standing (at least not to my knowledge ), I have posted a few questions regarding that but have not received any answer.........

I really hope to have it done before the summer, looking at end April/ May.

I am having my second consultation today.....so many questions !!!
I have really investigated this deeply, and it seems that you can also have fat injected into the breast ?
Anybody had this with aguajet-lipo ?
I really think I want around 1000cc per side, if possible, but I guess I will still have some fat left over....
I am not sure if this is a good idea......but anyway, they won't mind me asking.....:-)

Think I will go just for fat in buttocks.....the doctor said it would be okay to have some fat in the breast as well,but then there is the issue of positioning.
I really like his BBL results, i am sure he will give me the buttocks of my dreams, but he says one can not inject as much into the breasts as one can in the buttock, and I really want to have a maximum result on the buttocks......has anyone had a breast procedure and BBL at the same time ?

Okay, it seems that there is so much info here but nobody has had fat transfer both to buttocks and breast at the same time ?
Aslani did not seem to be very keen on doing the two things together, he reckons rather concentrate on the BBL since I have to be flat on my tummy after surgery.............I have not had any feedback from any body else here who had a breast procedure and BBl together.....I guess I will just go with the doctor's recommendation, any other experiences are very much appreciated.

Hi everyone, just two weeks to go, I have finally decided that I will ask the doctor to also put some fat in my breasts as well.
I know he is not overly keen to do that since I wil be lying on my tummy (and therefore on the breasts), but I want about 1000cc per cheek and I should still have some left....what do have to loose ? if I don't have the breast filled the fta is lost anyway ????

Hi girls the day has finally come, tomorrow I am in, had a few changes to my schedule........nervous but excited, a few girls have posted really good experiences with aslani here, I have asked for 1000cc for each cheek and a bit into my breasts if possible, will keep u updated !

Okay I really admire everyone posting post op cos this is so hard if u can't sit !
My op has gone very well, I had everything done under local and sedation,, he put 900cc in each butt and just about 150cc into each breast.
My bum looks massive ! So far I am delighted, originally i had planned for 1000cc plus, but aslani said that he would need to spare some for the breast.....so we used the residual fat to bosst my breast
I would definitely not want more than what I have now in my buttocks, so far,so good.

Hi I have been a bit lazy lately but finally I have cracked the secret to upload pics, can't wait to hear opinions !!

I am really happy, the swelling has gone down already and now I really love my new shape.
I still would not mind if it went down a bit more,I think my bum still lokks enormous !!
Everything is still a bit sore, but bearable.
My new body feel is great,really happy, aslani had given me exactly the kind of latina-look I was after.

Healing nicely the residual swelling around my love handles seems to go down very rapidly, I get more "hourglass" look virtually every day.
I guess I have to get a whole new set of clothes, I don't fit into any of my skirts any more........

Better by the day, I am moving towards my dream...

Better by the day, I am moving towards my dream hourglass shape !
It is unbelievable how much effect the skin retraction on love handles and tummy has,laser lipo really is a miracle, already had first comments from blokes commenting on my "pretty backside" !!!!!
Downside is that with skin retraction in the areas where aslani has removed fat my bum starts to look even bigger !!!!

Great to hear that your healing well and that your happy with your results. Thank you gor uploading the pics, I can see a hug improvement in the shape of your flanks. Your butt does'nt look big at all, looks proportionate to your body. But I do think photos can be deceptive. Can we please please see more angles, side view and also how it looks in clothes :) Pretty please lol xxx

To be honest, it was not easy to squeeze the breasts in. I have had implants five years ago and I had a double bublle, as well as enormous nipples, so I wanted fat transfer for correcting the db and nipple reduction. Aslani said that he would rather not do it in the same session cos I would have to sleep on my tummy for two weeks, but I decided to take that risk. He put about 150cc into each breast and the difference is enormous,the double bubble has disappeared and my breasts look full and firm now, will upload pics. If u can have it done at the same time, I recommend it.....but make sure that ur surgeon has experience in fat transfer to breasts, it seems to be very different from bbl

depends on how you define near.........there are no surgeons in the uk doing bbl Marbella is a little bit more than two hours flight, but the thing that attracted me most is that my surgeon uses body jet lipo

So far so good I keep looking at my butt and I cannot believe it is mine, I cannot imagine how anyone could even have more than 1000cc ? I even hope for it to go down a bit.....

Aww congrats sweets! I'm so happy for you. Can't wait to see your results. Hope your healing well, it's good to hear that you are satisfied with your look. It can only get better with time. How are you dealing with sleeping on your front, does that not effect the fat grafts to the breasts? Xx

It will go down! don't worry. really at least 2 weeks time you need for swelling, my buttocks did go down as well. I am happy about that, now my buttocks feels more soft and natural then the post op pics.

thanks hun sleeping is no problem but it is really hard to eat standing... I guess this is the price I have to pay, but i just look at my butt and then I don't mind:-)

actually, pain is okay, I mean I wouldn't want to have this every day, but it is really not too bad, and when you see your butt u won't mind any pain !!!!:-) Absolutely worth it
