I have been suffering with an absurd breast...
I have been suffering with an absurd breast asymmetry and a strange shape all my life.otherwise, I am happy with my body but the breasts were always horrible.
I have undertaken quite a few approaches to resolve this but what set me back is that all surgeons that I asked said I need a lot of scarring and the breasts would never look really good.
I did not want scars all over my breasts, and I also did not want to leave them as they are.
Dillema.
Early last year, I accompanied my friend to her BA consultation with dr. aslani in cirumed clinic, her breasts are far better than mine but also a bit saggy he told her fat grafting with silicone and I said shame I can’t have that he just said let me see and then he said he could do the same.
I was insecure because before I had been told so many times that I needed a lot of scar.
In the end I had anatomical implants, fat taken from my tummy and a reduction on my areola and I have really nice breasts now.

And to all the girls out there: don’t despair, there is always a solution.

Before surgery, I had very ugly, uneven and droopy breasts.Dr.aslani performed silicone implant breast augmentation and fat grafting, and he spared me the massive scarring of an uplift. I thank him and his team for that. I really like the way they are now, the surgery has definitely made me happy
