did the right thing
I have to say that right now I feel I have taken the right decision to go for the breasts,i was a bit upset when he said he could do only one thing at a time but now I think I understand a bit better why (couldn't stand to sleep on my tummy now) though I would still love one of those fancy butts !

I have 300cc anatomical implants and fatgrafting.It is tender but I had expected much more pain....definitely not pain-free though. He has taken fat from the inner thighs I am a bit concerned for irregularities but it looks good. will keep posting !

I dreamed of it I'm having a BBL and my breasts done together. I've been going back and forth.I have been researching BBL surgeons mostly because that is the hardest part to organize. There are more than enough breast surgeons in the UK but buttocks is another world.
I checked out some of the few options and then settled for Dr.Aslani in Spain, but when I contacted them they said they wouldn't do breasts and bum together. Also when I set for buttocks they said that I would need implants cos of no fat.My BMI is obviously just to low.
At first I was a bit upset but I guess if they wouldn't care they would have just done what I asked them for and not bothered. Also when I look at dr.a's butt work it seems he pretty much knows his business so I reconsidered.
I am just not ready for butt implants. The results of dr.a's butt implants look phantastic and he seems to have more experience with that than all british surgeons together, but I just don't feel ready.
So finally I decide to accept my faith, and although I didn't like what they told me , I still liked the clinic, and finally I decided to do my breasts with them.
I think I could have great breast surgery in the UK but dr.aslani likes to add fatgrafting to the boob implants and that idea....yes, I liked. It seems a good idea since I have bit of gap and his results look very nice.
So I have settled for 300cc teardrops and fat for the cleavage
ta-ta for now!.
