I am 100 % UNSATISFIED with my nose. I never had a bump on my nose and after getting 2 nose jobs done by Dr. Francis I suddenly have a bump in the middle of the nose. Looking at before and after pictures I saw minor differences. Going through a second surgery, did not change my nose from the first one.
