My implants looked exactly the way Dr. Vitolo said they would. I chose saline implants and had them placed under the muscle. Before surgery I was a 36A and am now a 36B/C. The pain after surgery however was the worst I'd ever felt and it lasted three months. I was able to return to work a week later and continue work out routine 3 months later. have no visible scars and all in all, I am very pleased with the results.

Thanks for sharing your experience! The pain sure seems to vary from woman to woman. Sounds like you had a bit of a rough time with it. I'm glad it was all worth it though and that you're enjoying your results.
