I have always had a reddish skin tone (I'm a fair-skinned Irish woman) with acne prone skin. I had this done maybe 3 or 4 times over a 2 year period and loved it. I found that while it did hurt a bit, it wasn't bad at all....plus, my pores appeared smaller and the ruddiness was almost completely gone. I have been asked for years if I have a sunburn, which I did not. I had dermatologists tell me that just the way my skin is.
It's been about 5 years since I've had it done and I'm just now noticing some red in my skin again and will - without hesitation - have it done again.
