How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

I've always had a larger butt (37") and my 34A bust did not make me look or feel proportional. I always wanted larger breasts since high school and college proved my growing was done. Even with padded bras, I was just not happy with the lack of fullness in my upper half. And sports bras (with padding)? I looked like a boy with a big behind.
After I graduated, got married, secured a job, and saved a bit, I decided to bite the bullet. My mother-in-law's PS recommended Dr. Breitbart, so I made a consultation appointment. It was nice that the office has evening hours as I am a teacher in Brooklyn and could still make it without taking time off.
As I explained what I wanted (no basketballs, please!), it was clear that Dr. Breitbart understood my vision of enhancing my boobs while maintaining a natural look. I felt comfortable (as much as one can on one's first consultation focused on one's breasts) and Dr. Breitbart answered ALL of my questions that I had written down. I didn't feel rushed or hurried along at all, even though I'm sure I was the last patient of the day.
I saw another surgeon just to have another option and not feel impulsive by choosing the first and only doctor I went to. This doctor seemed great, too, but she pretty much tried talking me out of all the aspects I had desired (silicone, under muscle, size), so I left feeling uneasy. Plus, the price was more than double that of Dr. B's office!
I went home, discussed it all with my husband, and made my surgery appointment. The day of surgery, I went to ProHealth surgery center and was met with the nicest staff of nurses, anesthesiologist, and, of course, Dr. B. I vagaled (passed out a couple minutes after the IV was put in) and the nurses were so quick to bring me back and make sure I was okay. Everyone was very clear and explained everything before the surgery. I was really nervous but knew that I wanted this for a long time, so it would be worth it in the end.
In terms of my experience, the first couple of days were the worst. I was in a lot of pain, especially when it came time to drive home the day of, and then drive back to the office the day after surgery. I felt every. single. bump. And the drive was about an hour each way, so it was pretty unbearable. The pain meds didn't seem to work, so I just stayed on the couch for the majority of the first week and tried not to move. Easy, right?
I just went to my one month post-op appointment and everything has been going great. He asked if I was happy with them and I said YES! He agreed that it was a good size for me. He said there is still a little swelling but as time goes on, they will continue to drop and the swelling with go down.
Bottom line: Dr. Breitbart is great, the receptionists are very nice, and the ProHealth staff are wonderful. I've had an overall great experience and am so happy with the outcome. I feel more confident and sexy, my clothes fit and look better (the majority of my pre-surgery clothes still fit!), and I think it's been so worth it.
