Bikini Top

Well Hello Everyone, Let me first say how...

Well Hello Everyone, Let me first say how relieved I was to find this site and knowing that i'm not alone! I'm hoping to get some much needed support (getting nervous already!) along with some invaluable advice and tips from some of the great people on here.
Where to start? well I'm 27, single and work full time in the city. I've been toying with the dream of having my breasts done for almost 10 years now and it wasn't until I went to try on some bikinis for a holiday that I snapped! I don't know if any of you ladies have experienced the same, but when you go to put on a triangle bikini top, you literally have to hoist the top strings into the tightest knot to feel that A. the girls are secure and B. that they don't look saggy - the result at the end of your first day of holiday? a sore indent on the back of your neck and the awful realisation that you have to endure this for the remainder of the holiday. Well NO MORE!
I appreciate that some ladies feel confident with their bodies the way God made them and I really do envy them. Unfortunately, that's just not me. Over the years I have lost a fair amount of weight and as per usual you tend to loose it in the places you don't necessarily want to - Your Boobs!
I've always been at least a generous C cup but over the years I have gone up as the girls have gone down, does that make sense? basically the volume of my breasts have dropped, resulting in them becoming fatter and wider at the bottom requiring me to go up a cup size to avoid the dreaded overspill. I currently wear a 32FF but by no means fill out the entire cup. If my breasts could look as they do when I lift them to the high heavens in my bikini I would be a very happy lady, sadly as soon as the strings/bra comes off I'm left deflated :(
I've been single for almost 2 years now and the thought of allowing someone new in my life and who will evedently see me topless makes me literally break out in nervous sweats.
So this year I decided to take control and book some consultations. I have been researching the topic for years but wanted to seek advice from the professionals. My first consultation was with the ex president of the BAAPS association based in Cheshire. The appointment lasted less than 15minutes and if i'm being honest I left with less enthusiasm and just as many unanswered questions then before I had gone in. The result - he recommended that I have a breast lift to achieve a perkier profile ( throughout the consultation I didn't get the impression that he was too interested in making them look good, more just to resolve the issue) needless to say I decided on the car journey home that he wasn't the surgeon for me.
After more research I was recommended a surgeon who is based in the city and who was known to have worked on several high profile clients, so I went ahead a booked myself in to meet with him the following week.
Meet Mr Marando, from the moment I met with him I felt a good vibe. Visually he is immaculate and very well presented (I believe that if someone takes care in their appearence, they will also take pride in their work). After sitting down and discussing in depth my dislikes he recommended that he take some measurements along with some pictures to allow us to look at them in full on his computer to discuss my desired results. Looking at pictures of my breasts on screen at first was rather embarrassing but Dr Marando had such a professional manner that those nerves quickly dissapeared.
After reviewing previous patients pictures who were similar to my own we decided together that I would benefit from having both a breast lift with round silicone implants to help preserve some volume in the upper breast. The appointment lasted an hour and a half, Dr Marando recommended that I have a good think about our discussion but applied no sales tactics or pressure to book. A few days later I received a full document pack from his polite secretary, Martina. The pack consisted of a full breakdown of what we had discussed along with the pictures and drawings he had made when explaining profile and implant size, it was so well put together and was great to revisit the information as I was a little overwhelmed during the initial consultation.
Following on I decided to visit another surgeon for a third perspective. Once I arrived home I truly had no doubt in my mind that Dr Marando was the surgeon whom I wanted to go with. After a second appointment I paid my £500 deposit and scheduled my surgery date for the 14th of September!!!!

It feels so unreal that I'm actually going to have it done! I'm already getting nervous so I'm hoping if I keep to this site it will fully prepare me for what's to come. Plus I love a good gossip with the girlies so even better :) I really do welcome any stories, tips, suggestions that anyone may have to help make this journey a little less nerve racking. Thanks for reading xx
