Hard to write this....I have finally done !!!!!!!! and now I cannot even sit for a week !!!!!!
My bum looks enormous, but I presume it is very swollen, my doctor seems happy, pain is bearable.

I had it under local with sedation and that was okay, I did not notice anything.
Although I am still bruised, my tummy and my flanks already look really slim and if my bum stays half as big as it is I will be more than happy, will post pictures ina few days all you see now is bruise...:-)

A lot better today........I am walking around and feel okay, although quite tender........But I just have to look at my bum and then I know it was worth it !!!!

Sooo much better today, nearly pain-free, I did even have a day on the beach yesterady !!!!!!!!
My bum still looks enormous, Dr.Aslani says it is still very swollen.....still, I love the new me !!!

Sorry, my update comes a bit delayed............ I am doing really well.
Pros: I have absoplutely achieved my dream hourglass shape, I have uploaded a few pics with my favourite dress to show what I have achieved (which is exactly what I wanted).
Cons: Not many, I have had some prolonged soreness in teh region of my (former) love handles but apart from that no probs.
Your motivation: A sexy backside and an hourglass shape
The outcome: A sexy backside and an hourglass shape.....:-)
How has it changed my life ?: My self esteem has rocketed up by, I would say, 200%, I feel all men are staring at me (and they defo did not do this before)
What I wish I had known beforehand ?: I have no regrets, apart from one: I wish I had done that a lot earlier.

I have researched for ages, I could not find anybody in the UK with experience in the procedure, it is even hard to find surgeons in Europe, Aslani and his guys seem to be the only ones doing arger numbers. Also, I wanted to enjoy a bit of a holiday, have been in Spain for a week already, so that was also nice. So far happy with result, but it is still a very early stage

Hey :) I will eb going to aslani in april, I have one important question. Do you have any bumbs or lumps or do you feel some uneven parts under/in your skin? Or can you see trases from where the needle moved in your skin, to take away the fat? I had a lipo 4 years ago, and you can see exactly where he took the fat away, because of the needle. It doens't look nice.
