I have had scherotherapy twice and some veins were greatly improved, others not so much. Vitamin K is a thickening agent. It makes veins thicker. If this is the problem, then vitamin K will work. It is great for treating bruising. If the problem is the valves in the veins, then vitamin K actually makes your veins worse. Grapeseed oil and grapeseed extract are a better agent in this case. Butcher Broom is good for all vein issues. Increase your vitamin C intake too. Try these remedies before turning to sclerotherapy. They're less invasive and cheaper.

Thanks for sharing the supplement information. It would be great if someone could help reduce their veins by diet choice.

How long has it been since you had your sclerotherapy done?
