1 Month Post Op & Bra Fitting!

I had my 1 month post op yesterday. All went well, incisions healing nicely I'm super squishy and bouncy even. I can finally wear regular bras, but not any underwire for at least 2 more weeks. I've been cleared for exercise, which is cool cause I had already started Zumba :) girls did great in a super tight 32DD sports bra (left red marks on my boobs, kind of suffocating) they weren't going anywhere even with all the booby shaking. I did ask him about doing chest exercises, since body pump class focuses on chest a bit, and he said for me to go ahead with it. I'm not restricted on anything and even if I were to work chest really hard, a little separating to the side would be fine sine my cleavage is so narrow :) So I went to my 1st body pump class today, chest exercises definitely feel odd so I modified a lil and all was good. After my appointment I went straight to Dillard's for some bra fittings and I'm very happy to be a 34G!!!!!!!!!! crazy that I don't even look as if I'm THAT big, but they fit so wonderfully. And If you read my story about my mom saying she was a 36DD. I let her know she was in denial, so I took her with me, she's actually a 40H, poor thing all the money she spent on the wrong bras. Well after buying us some bras there, we went to Victoria's Secret and tried on as many of their 34DDD's two of them almost fit but the others gave me that quad boob, which I really don't care for. And to think I had boob greed, SMH lol

Simply put....The Best! From the moment I walked in all nervousness went away, I felt so comfortable and at ease through it all. Everyone was very nice and so helpful. I never once felt rushed or like he was trying to "sell" additional procedures. Any questions I had were promptly answered via email. Dr. Minns called me personally the night before to verify what we had decided on and gave me his personal number in case I had any questions, which I did as soon as we hung up lol and he did not mind one bit. My breast augmentation was performed at the SurgiCenter and the staff there were just as friendly, Tita was an angel :) I learned that Dr. Minns gives all his patients flowers, they were beautiful and the sweetest thing :) They arranged a nights stay at the Embassy Suites and Dr. Minns came by the room next morning for a post op visit. Our stay was short and wonderful, excellent choice! I was able to go Christmas shopping the very next day after my 'enhancement' lol! I am only 3 days post op and my results are already amazing! Small incisions with minimal bruising, no pain just the expected soreness and pressure. My overall experience has just been awesome!!!
