I had a complete adominoplasty last Jan 07 after a 200 pound weight loss. The results are amazing. even after this last year I continue to work out regularly and continue to lose inches around my middle. Choose your doctor carefully and be prepared for a lot of pain for the first two weeks, but the results will delight you.
